We are very happy to meet with our first guest:Libertad from Brazil. Together we want to speak about the recent events around th 8th of March as an international day for womens’ rights that reminds us to smash patriarchy anywhere and anytime. Closely linked to this is a feminist movement in Brazil, that arose because of Marielli Franko, a peripheral, lesbian, black feminist politician and human rights activist of Brazil, who was murdered in 2018. Also we will talk about the political situation in Brazil, where people are fighting the opressing and racist politics of Bolsonaro and his cabinett, which is also directly affecting the freedom of movement of people, who are migrating to Brazil.
And of course there will be a lot of amazing MUSIC…!
